Comparti\u00f3 la visi\u00f3n que en conjunto desarrolla con ODA \u201chacerle una oda a lo tradicional\u201d implementando en sus platillos las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de sostenibilidad, resaltando el cultivo, la apicultura y la pesca seleccionando a proveedores y comunidades que trabajan bajo procesos que no da\u00f1en el medio ambiente. Adem\u00e1s destac\u00f3 el papel importante del equipo comprometido en mitigar el impacto ambiental haciendo un buen uso de los insumos, el aprovechamiento de los residuos y c\u00f3mo fomentar una cultura organizacional basada en el cuidado del planeta y proyectarlo a sus clientes en cada plato.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, Cocom\u00e1 brinda una reflexi\u00f3n a toda la Comunidad WOBI a buscar herramientas que no generen un da\u00f1o al medio ambiente y que puedan ser\u00a0 implementadas en sus procesos para que generen un impacto positivo no solo ambiental, sino tambi\u00e9n econ\u00f3mico y social, que como a ellos, les funcion\u00f3 en tener un gran reconocimiento en el mundo culinario.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9 de abril 2025<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243;
